South Africa’s Women won the toss and chose to field in the first T20I against India at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead in Durban on Friday night.
The two countries are playing a five-match series over the next 10 days to prepare for the ICC T20 World Cup in England and Wales in June and July.
The second T20I also takes place at Kingsmead on Sunday (2pm), with the remaining matches in Johannesburg and Benoni.
